WDYET Cali Crew? Tuesday...
I bet yall are sitting there thinking "hmmm the way she eats she SHOULD be at 199 by NOW" well the way I eat AT work I should be...it's the at HOME down time I STILL struggle with. Struggle not so at all with GAINING but not at all with LOOSING. So what's a girl to do you ask? Just keep doing what I'm doing. When I'm really READY I'll buckle down and leave the processed carbs alone and get down.
Until then...well after Thurday I will be in Palm Springs and then New York and YES there will be CARBS and ALCOHOL in my future...period. When I get back into town on August 1st, game on (I think, lol)

I ended up not having the chicken as planned for dinner last night. When I got home I saw I had some vegetables that really needed to be used....so I made:
diced cucumber, diced red, green and yellow bell pepper, diced roma tomatoes, diced green onion and threw in a bunch of shrimp. Drizzled it with Asian Ginger salad dressing. I served it to the kids on a bed of romaine lettuce with shredded carrots and I ate it without the lettuce.
It was pretty good for something we just threw together......

Today is day 2 of the 5 dpt. I was up and out early this morning with an appointment in Seal Beach. I took the bus to the appointment, I wore my exercise clothes into an office full of suits so I could get my exercise in.
. Oh well. Then I ran three miles to the grocery store, ordered my baby's 21st birthday cake
. I was tuckered out by then, so I took the bus the mile home.
