Well girls I was stood up...yup ME the gorgeous one!  But I actually "knew" it would happen...so I spent the evening talking to a boy I met in New York =) who might be helping a friend move to Arizona so I'm thinking of hitching up the Camry and meeting him out there...especially since I WANT desperately to see the Grand Canyon!!

LND:  DELICIOUS Chili Cheese Fries (I can't eat the WHOLE container which is really enough for at least 3 normal people) but last night I have me some and OMG did I say DELICIOUS!!  BTW I'm in maintenance mode =) and also CARB heaven!!

B:  Egg Mockmuffins wrapped in low carb tortilla
S:  Coffee/creamer/splenda/benefiber
L:  1/2 Roast Beef Panini
S:  Nada I'm full =)
D:  Probably the other 1/2

Water:  Wow it was only 4 before I started typing...sucking down 2 more right now (multi tasking)
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal CITRATE (yeah Carmelita I succumb to the pressure) etc etc
Exercise:  Maybe I'll have sex tonight!!

OK, this is it for me until sometime next week.  I'll be in Vegas and food, drink, gambling and all out bad girl fun is on the menu for the weekend.  You see, I do not believe I should diet while on vacation.  It just puts me in a foul mood.  Now mind you, I won't go crazy, but I will do what I want for the weekend.  But for today, thus far

B:  Yogurt
S:  Fruit cup & coffee
L:  I'm eating it now.  We were all so hungry today.  Anyway, got a hot dog with sauerkraut...mmmmmm
S:  Don't know.  Will be running around after work at 3PM
D:  High Desert Dinner tonight at Richie's Diner.  I know it will be steak cause they do real BBQ steaks outside on a charcoal grill and they are sooooo yummy.
S:  Who knows.  May go to karaoke after dinner with the group, but more likely will head on home to finish up my last minute packing for the weekend.

Water:  Ppppfffffttttt...I'll do better
Vitamins: Done
Exercise:  Yea, sure I'll think of something.  Packing, I'll do lots of packing.

Have a great weekend.  Be bad and drive recklessly. You know how people always say be good and drive safely?  Well I just like to cut to the chase and tell it like it should be.  Don't be good...be bad...it's more fun.
