Ok so truth be told...I AM a boredom eater who is diligently TRYING to overcome my weekend boredom eating.  After 2 weekends of old habits the scale reported a 3lb gain.  Time to reign in the eating and protein it up and loose ALL those processed carbs.

For me being almost 2 years out.  The beauty of my VSG is my restriction.  CARBS are the devil and go down SMOOTH like ice cream....mmmmm ice cream   My tool is ALWAYS there but it's up to ME to decide what to put in it!!

LND:  Nachos and Margaritas

B:  Coffee
S:  2 eggs scrambled with cheese & onions (I'm so stuffed right now)
L:  3oz Chicken, broccoli, onions
S:  Protein Slushy
D:  Chicken Salad

Water:  I upped the water so I've got my 8 cups already...will hit at LEAST 8 more today (my goal TODAY)
Vitamins:  Almost on target; Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12; Hair Vits
Exercise:  I wasn't going to go but as I started typing this, I've decided to head to the gym after my contact appointment.  I will do at least 30 minutes on the treadmill, some arm work and some legs.

I went nutzo this weekend and I'm trying to turn that ship around...pulling hard astern and all. So as of right now, I've only taken in about 891 calories...I'm slacking today.

I'm also gonna call dh and ask him to pull pork chops out for dinner. I think I can "afford" them today. Tomorrow I may want tilapia cuz, I can't be good two days in a row, ya know.

B: coffee and then oatmeal with tvp, pb2 and a half a banana

Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat

Snack: 1 small nectarine

For lunch: chicken breast salad with light ranch dressing

Snack: the other half of that darn banana

Dinner: small pork chop, mashed potatoes and a veggie.

I'll be good, I promise..
