UGG up another 1lb from yesterday! Scary ABSOLUTELY, but I will KEEP posting and telling you about it, cause if I choose to stick my head in the sand and eat cause I'm scared...well I don't have to tell you all WHERE that gets me right??
LND: Ok NOT the best by any stretch of the imagination but I went to a movie premiere of Halloween II, got to see lots of shoes and well I ATE popcorn part of a large!!
B: Carb Masters Yogurt
S: 2oz meatloaf
L: 4oz meatloaf & salad
S: Protein Slushy
D: Lamb or Steak my girlfriend is cooking dinner for me
Water: 8 cups
Exercise: Walking up 55 flights usually 30 minutes cardio
Vitamins: Multi; 1500mg Cal Citrate w/D3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12

I'm sure you've heard of the "horrid" protein bullets right? Well personally I don't like them UNLESS I take a bullet with 2 cups of water and my favorite SF crystal light type packet say Hawaiian Punch, then I put it in a bowl and freeze it and eat it like my old favorite ice slushy....so yum especially when it's hot!!

Whoa....don't you look like Miss Star Diva. Very very impressive you gorgeous miss thing. I'm back from Vegas, and yes, I made a piggy out of myself over the weekend. But it was good and I'm not gonna feel bad about it. So today brings the following:
B: Yogurt and coffee
S: Handful of peanuts
L: Chick Fill A Grilled Chicken & Fruit Salad with FF honey mustard dressing. Yummmmmy
S: I don't know. I have some more peanuts or I have a yogurt in the fridge here
D: I think we are having Chicken & Apple Sausage with some kind of grilled veggies.
S: Something...what I don't know. Well something if I stay awake. I'm still recuperating from the weekend. But there are some shows on I want to watch and we don't have a DVR. I know, I can't believe it either. One of these days I have to take care of that issue.
Water: So so, could be better. Got to get back into the swing of things. This will be a strange week though. I have to have some medical procedures done at the end of the week which affect what I'm eating the day before and the day of so I'm just taking this week day to day.

Exercise: We walked quite a bit over the weekend and I'm pooped now. No excuse, but I'm old and tired. I need my rest. LOL I'm such a whiner.

When you say Starbucks frapp light.. do you actually go to Starbucks or buy the glass bottles and add your own protien to it? I have been wondering this for a while. You are not the first OH'r I have seen get that. If you get it at the actual cafe' do they add the protien or do you? I was like I didnt even know they had that stuff lol.

Starbucks started a line of "protein" smoothies about a year ago called Vivianno's I do believe. They do have more carbs then most are comfortable with BUT when they started those they started carrying protein powder, that they will add to ANYTHING.
NOW sometimes it clumbs when they add it to hot or cold drinks, so what I do is ask for the protein in a small cup on the side and then I'll mix it myself with some milk or cream and make it into a runny paste and then it EASILY mixes into my hot or cold coffee drink of choice.
