Ok back here still doing a carb detox...I've allowed more fruit/veggie carbs today cause I can't go to many days under 40g...I go NUTS

LND:  4oz steak; 1/2 cup cauliflower; coffee later
LNS:  Piece of garlic bread

B:  Smoothie (1 1/2 cups soy vanilla; 2 scoops Jay Robb Strawberry; 1/2 cup frozen strawberries; large carrot; ice)  OMG good (1 serving)
S:  2nd serving & some coffee
L:  Paula Deans Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
S:  ??
D:  Shrimp Stirfry

Water:  10 cups
Exercise:  Hitting the gym tonight for a swim
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500 Cal Citrate w/D3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12; yada yada

B:  Yogurt, handful Kashi Go Lean, Coffee

S:  Banana

L:  Turkey Sandwich with small salad

S:  I'm looking around as I type.  I have yogurt so maybe that.

D:  Lord knows.  I'm cleaning out the old fridge when I get home and throwing everything away so the new fridge can come it.  I think we will probably wind up going out to get something, just don't know what.

S:  Again, not sure.  I have to stop eating solids at midnight and then tomorrow is just clear liquids all day.  I should be in fine form by lunchtime.  I expect I'll pretty much be a beast.

So I can post for tomorrow....

Ice pops, jello, water, crystal light, SF Kool Aid.  That will be my day tomorrow and I don't want to think about it.  LOL

B:  Cheese and turkey
L:  Spinach Salad with 4 Naked Nuggets and a hardboiled egg.  Dressing was Caesar Salad Spritzer
S. Isopure Grape
     Half Eggface Zucchini nut bread
D:  Harley's homemade shrimp serviche
S:  Eggface's Zucchini Nut Bread with 1T light smart balance

Water:  only 24 oz....gotta work on this
Vitamins:  taking now
Exercise:  Planned to run this morning but too many interruptions and now it's just too hot. 
                   I think we're going to go swim once the sun goes down though

I'm still  low calorie-wise, so I may have some fruit or yogurt later on also.

L: 2 Chicken Satay with peanut sauce 1/2 fresh spring roll

S: 1 small bag salted peanuts

D: Seafood Salad (from CostCo)

S: 2 SF cookies, yeah, I know

Water: 78 oz

Exercise: 9687 steps shopping

Vitamins: all but iron, somehow I missed the time to take it twice. First time.
