Yesterday as a GOOD day...today should be even better, cause I go for my stair climb tonight.  I'm sure I mentioned it but I bought this Vita-Mix, it's like a blender and juicer and I can actually make soup too...it's AMAZING...and it should be for what I paid for it.  Yesterday my smoothie had a carrot in it.  Todays shake I cut an apple, froze it and popped it in that blender.  Now mind you this is skin and core ALL in there.  OMG I am in AWE of what this machine can do.

LND:  Shrimp Stir-Fry (shrimp, onions, bell pepper, broccoli, bean sprouts)
LNS:  Crystal Light

B:  Apple Pie Smoothie (soymilk, apple, vanilla protein, cinnamon, ice)
S:  Rest of Apple Pie Smoothie
L:  Paula Deans Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
S:  Lindora Wildberry Passion protein mixed with Special K protein/fiber water mix
D:  Dunno...

Water:  6 cups
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12; yada
Exercise:  30 minutes cardio (55 flights of stairs)

I'm just checking in to say hi.  I have nothing to report today as I am on all clear liquids for the day.  Yuck and of course all I can think about is food.
