Ok it's hump day almost time for the weekend =)

LND:  Garlic Shrimp w/bean sprouts, onion & bell pepper sauted in butter & garlic
LNS:  DAMN crackers...ok they are GONE never to return to the house

B:  Oatmeal Smoothie (3/4 cup soy milk; small apple; 1/2 box raisins; vanilla protein; cinnamon; 2 tbsp oatmeal) I swear I'm going to get EVERY $$ out of this blender
S:  Other 1/2 of smoothie
L:  Cup of Chili; salad
S:  Apple & Cheese or Lindora Bar (depends on my sweet tooth)
D:  Grilled Chicken Salad w/avocado

Water:  7 cups
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  There is a mile walk in my future (hey it's something)

Happy Hump Day Ms. Shell's!  Thank you for keeping me honest and thank you for your post last week as it kicked started me and got me focused.  By the way I also love my blender and magic bullet.

LND:  1 Cup TJ Chicken Verde Soup blended.
LNS:  Hot coffee drink

B:  32oz Coffee Protein Frap ( 4 shots decaf expresso, 1 scoop vanilla protien, 4 scoops of sf vanilla capp., 1 cup nonfat milk and lots of ice blended)
S:  1/2 cup Fage Greek Yogurt
L:  1 Cup TJ Chicken Verde Soup blended.
S:  Protien Shake
D:  1 Cup TJ Chicken Verde Soup blended.

Water:  64 oz and still going
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  class @ the gym tonight

Help... what is LND and LNS?

B: Isopure choc shake with 1 ice cube, 3 oz water, 1 scoop of Isopure and 1 teaspoon of almond butter.

S: greek yogurt with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries (4 oz)

L: Chicken, squash and mashed taters with a teeny bit of cheese (3 oz)

S: Watermelon, Honey Dew Melon and Canteloup and a piece of cheese (3 oz)

D: Some protein with veggies and a starch (not sure what yet)

Water:  24 oz so far
Vitamins: On target as well
Exercise: walk, walk, walk

Hump day it is, which means I'm another day closer to vacation.  Hooray!!!

LND:  Pizza
LNS:  Nothing (good girl)

B:  Oatmeal and coffee
S: 100 calorie pack of chips
L:  Chicken Vegetable Soup and some deli turkey roll ups
S:  I have nothing here, so I guess that is what it will be
D:  I don't know.  I have an appointment at 4:30 and not sure what time I'll be home.  I might stop and get some Pollo Loco chicken.
S:  Hopefully like last night I won't have anything.  But we'll see

Water: Trying
Vitamins: Done
Exercise:  Where, where is it.

      Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
L:  Cheese and No Sugar Added Gerkins (I'm hooked on these)
S:  Isopure Mini Grape Drink
D:  not sure yet....heading out to appt with my son and dinner hasn't been figured out yet
S:  I'll report tomorrow..........probably fruit and dip or yogurt

Water:  6 glasses, still drinking
Vitamins:  Yep
Exercise:  45 minutes run/walk
