Ok I JUMPED on purpose and WANTED to yesterday!!  But that is YESTERDAY...I LIVE for today and my tomorrows!!  I'm back in the game well actually I never let, just took a mental vacation.  Apparently my fat brat ATTACKED my insecurity (the ONLY one I have ) about being to small...when all she wanted was for ME to acknowledge her fears about PS getting closer and closer by the day!!  So I acknowledged her fears, gave her some chili cheese fries and we talked.  We are still talking, not so much eating, but a little...anyway that's all folks =)

LND:  Guess...come on guess....Chili Cheese Fries...actually it was funny cause I haven't been to my favorite place in over a  year and the girl was like OMG you look great!!  NOW pre-op I could finish the WHOLE HUGE LARGE SUMO container with NO problems.  Now maybe 1/4 which I don't usually finish unless I haven't eaten all day.

B:  Coffee & McDonalds Hash Brown
S:  More Coffee
L:  McD's Sausage Egg Biscuit
S:  Protein Slushy (I NEED some protein)
D:  ??

Water:  8 cups
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12

Just keep talking lady.  You will be fine.  So this is my last check in for a week.  I'm not even sure if we are bringing the computer with us.  We just may say the heck with everything.  It will all be there when we get home.

LND:  Roast beef and cheese hoagie without the bread at the bowling alley.  It was awful by the way.  Much much much too salty.

LNS:  Nothing

B:  Egg with cheese on 1/2 a toasted bagel, coffee

S:  Two bad cookies

L:  Chicken breast and some oven roasted potato

S:  Probably nothing.  I have to run around a bit after work and then home to do laundry and pack

D:  I really don't know.  Probably just grab something in the fridge as I don't want to leave much in there for a week.  Not that there is much in there because we just got the new one and haven't filled it up yet.  Lost most of everything from the old one when it passed on to the great appliance warehouse in the sky.  In other words, the damn thing dropped dead on me.

OK, this is me signing out for a week.  You be good to yourself Michele and keep that inner voice talking talking talking.

I'm trying to remember.  I feel even older the past two days.  Chasing after a 6 and 4 year old plus their 6 month old sister is a lot more work than I remember.

Exercise:  I'm counting caring for those three children for five hours.  I never sit down.....AT ALL.  I have sore muscles where I forgot I had muscles.  

Tomorrow I'll do my run/walk and pack some more.
