Well since yesterday was a "holiday" today was my normal day off from work.  Oh what did I do you ask?  I spent the morning at my reconstructive surgeons office and YES my pocket book is much much lighter.  THEN I went and basically got a loan for my old car because I'm adding my arms to the mix.  THEN after spending ALL my hard earned money I spent just a little bit more on a mani/pedi...all in all I'm SO WORTH it!!

What am I getting you ask...besides broke...I'm getting a lower body lift, back lift, monsplasty, butt augmention and now my arms too.  I absolutely love Dr. Agha and he's going to make sure I keep my curves and my ASS =)

LND:  Ribs & Beans

B:  Coffee
L:  Chips & Salsa; 1/2 chicken enchilada; beans
S:  ProCare Shake (my PS has this protein crap that he makes us drink)
D:  Leftovers from lunch

Water:  About 7 cups
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500 mg Cal Cit; 1000mcg B-12;
Exercise:  Thinking about it.

Congrats on the plastics Shell... I am sure you will look more Fab that you already do!

LND: Salad with 3 oz of lean steak.  Salad had mixed greens, red and green cabbage, celery, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, and broccoli in it. Had some Italian dressing on it... Super Yummy!

B: woke up late grabbed a banana
S: orange
L: Chicken cooked with an Asian sauce and a mess of vegis over 1/2 cup brown rice
S: white chocolate strawberry yoplait light yogurt with a small handful of blueberries in it
D: Grilled pork medallions with some Cauliflower and some kinda side dish my son picked out

Vitamins: yup
Water: always
Exercise: going to the gym with my hubby tonight to walk the treadmill, gonna set up a personal trainer meeting to find out what kind of exercise is good for me to be doing

Well cali crew the reality has set in. I am making really bad food choices and I can't do it anymore. In the past week I have put on 5 pounds. I haven't been really getting my protien in. Mainly only in my starbucks frappes and I think those along with eating alot before bed, and not excriseing is doing it to me. Starting today I am refelcting on what I am doing taking ownership of it and CHANGING IT!! I will not gain anymore weight back.

B~protien shake (8oz chocolate soy milk, 1scoop vanilla protien powder, 1/2 bananna, ice)

B: Muscle Milk shake with banana and strawberries....YUMMY
S: Coffee and 100 cal cookies
L: Grilled chicken salad with lots of veggies
S: Protein bar and nectarine before I hit the gym
D: I think I'll have some tuna with veggies and mustard....yum yum

50oz of water so far...trying to hit 100oz for the day
