Wow where oh where did the week go??  Well I went to see my plastic surgeon and boy oh boy...I'm BROKE and EXCITED I think =) oh yeah and will be like a mummy and then a road map...but in case you didn't know I'm WORTH it =)

LND:  Popeyes Fried Chicken
LNS:  Cake & Ice Cream

B:  ProCare protein shake (ala my PS)
S:  Some Greek Yogurt dip made by a friend w/celery (this dip is GOOD)
L:  1/4 cup brown rice; about 1/2 cup chicken & veggies with some curry sauce
S:  More dip & Veggies
D:  Dunno

Water:  6 cups
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:   Walking

Ok I am going to try and work on this.

LND: steak and 2 tablespoons beans
LNS:  Sunflower seeds

B:  Banana
S:   Sunflower seeds
L:   Don't know about anything else today

Water, 2 bottles already
Vitamins:  plenty
Exercise..Walking around upstairs off and on all day

Diane darlin I just read the WWW post and prayers coming your way.  My PS is SWEARS by increasing protein to promote healing wounds.  He actually has me drinking this special stuff.  Healing prayers coming your way.

You know what maybe I will add a protein shake or two to my day and see if that helps.  I have been doing my protein thing, but maybe more is needed during this time.  At least there is no infection, that is the one bright spot.

B: Cottage Cheese Double

L: 1/4 Tuna on a bed of lettuce w/ff ranch

Vitamins: almost done
Exercise: I will park super far away from class tonight.
