WDYET Cali Crew? Thursday
I promise I won't be running any marathons but sometimes I think I feel to good, lol, so far this recovery is "easier" then my VSG. But anyway today I totally had an off moment with my eating. So I'm back to posting the eating thread...
My goals are 150g of protein a day...Lord help me with that one, today I doubt if I'll make it cause of my rocky start but today will hit 100 and 100oz of water....
B: Cake and Ice Cream
S: Protein Shake
L: Turkey Burger
S: Protein shake with pineapple and strawberries
D: Fish
Water: 80oz so far.....yeah
Exercise: Up and down every hour
Vitamins: Back on target
NEXT....

I had a really hard time getting my appetite back after surgery. I lost another 10 pounds the week I came home from the hospital.
...my eating today sucks too
32 ounces of water
Decaf coffee/protein powder/ice
....and I am so hungry right now I could eat my stapler on my desk.
EDIT: Ok, I ate!!!
whole grain wheat toast/reduced-fat peanut butter
2 grilled shrimp tacos, cabbage, salsa, lime (no tortilla)
