I didn't prepare much today either....I'm in fake-ation mode too!!!!

L:  1/2 turkey on wheat...israeli salad
S:  lowfat lemon yogurt later on

Water:  none!  :-(

Vitamins:  none!  :-(

Exercise:  run tonight???

I prepared like nobodies business and THEN my coworker says he's taking me out to lunch...and tomorrow we are going to a ciabatta/panini place...shesh people!!

L:  1 large coconut shrimp; 1 crab cake; 1 chicken strip (ok not so bad BUT I had the sauces too) oh yeah...1 pomergrante Mojito (so freaking yum) a bite of my parmesan crusted chicken
S:  N/A
D:  1/2 my lunch

Water:  8 cups
Vitamins:  You bet, I'm already low in Iron, A & D
Exercise:  We talked to and from the restaurant about 1 mile each way (pedometer 5900)
