L: 1 large coconut shrimp; 1 crab cake; 1 chicken strip (ok not so bad BUT I had the sauces too) oh yeah...1 pomergrante Mojito (so freaking yum) a bite of my parmesan crusted chicken

Exercise: We talked to and from the restaurant about 1 mile each way (pedometer 5900)
