So, whatcha doing?
I am doing the 5DPT this week. Yippeeee!
B: Coffee
S: Protein drink 20 grams
L: Protein drink 20 grams
S: some soup
D:Portein drink 25 grams
S:Protein drink 27 grams
Exercise: WIll walk later tonight
Vitamins: yep
Water: yep

So far my year is starting good. It appears I started a little DRAMA on another post, OH WELL. I promise to leave this to you from now on LOLA - LOL
Here is what I have done so far today:
B: Coffee
S: Yougart
L: Spaghetti sauce w/meat (homemade)
S: Beef Jerkey (homemade)
D: Steak Fajitas w/Cheese - the tortilla :(
S: Maybe some Almonds
Exercise: Hoping to go for a walk after work
Vitamins: Done
Water: just started. I will get it all in by end of my day.

S: Veggies with ranch (ranch = greek yogurt and ranch dip mix)
S: Coffee; 1/2 Lindora Protein Bar; 2 Petite French Cakes from Starbucks; Ritz Crackers
D: 4oz Chicken Breast; Sweet potato w/coconut oil
S: Watermelon
Ok so I'm interestingly enough seeing how many WW points and how many calories etc I am eating...so here are the numbers
WW points 28 (my allowance 25)
Calories 1,200 ~ Protein 83 ~ Carbs 111 ~ Fiber 13 ~ Fat 45
Water: 10 cups
Exercise: N/A
Vitamins: 2 Multis; 1500mg Cal Citrate; 1000iu Vit D3; 20000iu Vit A; etc
