Tuesday: Whatcha eating/doing?
Here is what I have planned for today!
B: Coffee and 20 gram Protein drink
S: cup of creamed soup
L: 20 gram Protein drink
S: protein drink 25 grams
D; Protein drink 27 gram protein
S; maybe some soup
Water: a lot of it
Vitamins: check
Exercise: Running and I can't wait!

Here's the plan for the day =)
LND: 4oz chicken breast; 4oz baked sweet potato with coconut oil drizzled over
LNS: about 1 cup Watermelon
B: Protein Shake (1 1/2 scoopes protein powder, 3/4 cup soymilk, 3tsp benefiber)
S: N/A
L: 1 cup of 5 bean turkey chili (1lb ground turkey sauted with onion, 5 cans of beans, green chiles, taco seasoning & ranch seasoning packs, cook about 1 hour to let the flavors marinate and there you have it...lunch for an army. At 2 years I can eat 1 cup and it makes about 10 cups)
S: 1/2 cup broccoli; 2tbls ranch dip (greek yogurt & ranch mix)
D: 2 pieces Popeyes Tuesday (Leg & Thigh)
S: ??
These are my stats as it stands based on the above plan. In case anyone is wondering, I'm just curious how my numbers stack up against if I were doing WW.
Calories 991 ~ Protein 88 ~ Carbs 79 ~ Fiber 17 ~ Fat 38
WW Points 20 (Allowance 25)
Water: 4 cups
Exercise: 3 miles (Couch to 5K Week 2 Day 2)
Vitamins: 2 Multis; 1500mg Cal Citrate; 1000iu Vit D3; 20000iu Vit A; etc
What's up Fake A$$ AGAIN!!!

S: 100 pack Cocoa Almonds & peanuts
L: Salad and chicken

Exercise: Maybe the gym tonight or a run?? (Can you run a few miles for me or would that be cheating??)

L: abt. 1 cup Turkey Chili (a little too much but am taking my time eating)
S: possibly a yougart
D: pork chop w/cream of mushroom sauce (no sauce for me)
S: Beef Jerky
So, since I am not tracking do you think this enough or do I need to add more food
