Get that exercise in!
I know....Exercise...Grrrrrr But we need to get that in today...No excuses!
As much as I would like to workout in the early morning hours to get it over with, it's just a bit too challenging...Ughhh
So what's your plan?
Tonight I plan to do cardio for about 45 minutes (stairmaster) and then workout my lower body parts (quads & calves) using heavy weights....
Don't forget about hydration and to eat clean to stay clean!

Lucky?? Only if you like waking up at 4am to get to the gym at 5am. When people tell me they don't have time to workout I feel like
right in the face!! You make time for whatever think is important..
