Exercise your body!
I'm hitting that cardio today....Today I'm full of energy and feel like doing intense cardio:
45 minutes of intense cardio
3 body parts using weights
I always pack up my stuff before work and have my gym stuff in the car. Today, I COULD NOT FIND MY IPOD That means I'll need to go home first and look for it...I just can't workout without my iPod
