I went through the Options program and had my VSG in June 2011 with Dr. Casillas at West L.A...I'm an open book if you have questions or need anything!

 If you are still searching, I higly recommend that you try Dr. Jossart.  He was Dr. Cirangle's partner until about a year or two ago.  I have BCBS Federal and my total out of pocket costs were $150.  I consulted with three different surgeons and he was the easy choice because he is a master of the technique, having done thousands of sleeves.  Plus he is a very nice guy and compared to other surgery practices (UCSF in particular) his office is a breeze to work with.  Surgery was scheduled within two weeks of my visit with him, and no ridiculous hoops to jump through!

I joined Lindora back in Sept because I started regaining weight very very fast and needed to get control over it. It works if you follow it to the tee. Then you have to do the maintenance to keep it off. I'm still in the weight loss phase. This has helped me allot. My appetite was out of control it was very disappointing after going Through surgery and being able to eat that big of portions again. I lost 30 lbs since Sept and hoping to get the rest of my excess weight off.
