I spoke to my PCP early December and she made an appointment for me to attend at Weight Loss Surgery Info class in San Jose.
Does anyone know if I will be weighed in at this class?

Yes, this group is open to everyone regardless of surgeon, surgery type, etc. Groups are also FREE to attend! I just ask that you RSVP via the Meetup.com site (or by contacting me).

I went through the same thing, it will be fine. I highly recommend learning to resort to other means when your stressed out, not food. Trust me if you get in the habit now, it will be easier post surgery.

I understand your nervousness. I have my pre-op meeting with the surgeon on Tuesday1/04/12. I started my liquid diet yesterday 12/30/11. My surgery is going to be the VSG. I have started posting on you tube "journet2bthin".

Sounds pretty normal to me! So many what if's at this point. I think after your consult you'll feel better about things.

Topic: I am getting nervous
Three appointments in the next 10 days and I am having trouble sleeping. Should know then what the future brings for me. Doing a lil nervous eating which is not good, would hate another setback. Hopefully this will be a great start to the New Year.
