I've mostly worked out in gyms but one time my mom wanted me to go with her to work out at Curves. I have to say that it was a pleasant change from the gym routine. I also like that it was all women. It actually reminded me of circuit training but less intense. I think everyone needs to try it once to really see. I'm also trying rocalabs formula to lose weight. Today is my 4th day and already losing.

Exactly 8 weeks ago today, I started this journey by telling my doctor I wanted WLS. Yesterday I received the best news ever, I got my date for surgery! It's been going so fast!! I lost all pre-op weight in 2 weeks and now I have this surgery to look forward to. What a great way to start 2012....Jan 5th is MY day!

You can appeal, and you can win. You have already lost almost a year. Hopefully your health has not deteriorated during that time, but it certainly isn't improving, as it could have had you had your surgery. How much longer do you want to wait?
