Hi everyone-have my Orientation Meeting this Sunday...very bittersweet for me. Anyone who knows me knows my Brother John Ott. I am nervous...excited...so many emotions. Would LOVE to feel the Cali board LOVE.....tips-advice- PLEASE SHARE!

Topic: Nor Cal Losers Luncheon for Nov THIS SAT!!
Time to celebrate November with fellow "losers"
Who: Pre-op, post-op no-op, anyone who wants friendship and
camaraderie while on their weight loss journey and/or
maintaining their weight loss. This isn't a formal
support group meeting but a get together among friends who support
one another in their quest for better health. Of course it goes without
saying, our So Cal friends are always welcome too.
When: Sat. November 12th - 1:00 p.m.
Where: Coco's Restaurant Concord, CA (Back in the Sunroom)
4391 Treat Blvd.

Don't forget our clothing exchange, feel free to bring things you have "under grown" out of!

Wow, I hope you're fully recovered by now. Thanks for posting about the vitamins. I was really good until about a month ago when I stopped filling my pill dispenser regularly (a small rebellion in the works). I miss a day here, a week there. Ugh! I can't believe I got so lax! I'm going to fill that thing now. Which ran out 2 days ago.

I have attended Cirangle's support group Saturday morning, twice now! I really enjoyed it and found him useful. But like you said, it's nice to have something here in Sacramento. I'm going to work on a group tomorrow. I'll post in here.
