I did a review of the Wii Fit game with the Balance board.  I included photos of the games and tests and my scores and results.  I learned an important lesson while doing this review, don't attempt to take in focus photos while trying to exercise on a balance board!  Ha Ha!  use the pause button, it's safer!

Thanks Tiny dancer I appreciate your support !  I am now 8 days out and counting and I have my pre-op this wednesday.  I am getting anxious to get it done and get started on the new way of life.  I read the book "Before & After" by Susan Maria Leach and it was really a good book to read before my surgery and there are some great recipes for after the surgery!  I highly reccommend anyone who is going have GYN read this book, and anyone who has already had the surgery can benefit from reading this book.  I really gave me some great insight and answered a lot of questions.

That isn't too bad and I get to stay state side! I might consider using Dr. Kirshenbaum. Since DH is FF he works 24 hr shifts and it is going to make it tough if I go to Mexico...with the kids. Thanks for the input!

I looked at your blog (cuz I'm nosey :-) ). My sister got the band about a year ago, and appreas to have struggled with it. You have done amazingly well! Kudos to you! I opted for RNY cuz I know will power is my weakness. It really has worked for me.
