Hey girl...yes I found a party and had a good time dancing the night away.  I'm almost getting used to partying without drinking (like I used to). 

Oh don't you fret I will be all ready for my mural trek cause I have to see that in person.  Words cannot describe how your talent amazes me.  I can just see how it really touched the family =)

Good morning Janine (my Angel!) and all of my Cali friends!

I'm doing pretty good.  I just got out of the shower, oh my!  that felt SO good!  Nice, hot and steamy!  although I got a little dizzy. 

My hubby is going to go pick up the trailer this afternoon, I don't know if I will get to go or not.  We will see.  We have a couple of nice neighbors who could go with him.  I only worry when he backs it in to the RV pad for the first time but he's a truck driver so I'm sure this is nothing to him.

Janine may I say the mural is just wonderful!  I can't wait to see more updated pics.  All I can say is WOW!!! 

Monica, I am so glad you are home and doing a bit better.  Thank goodness you are ok!  I'm sure you were very, very happy to get home to see that beautiful lil' girl of yours!

Jodi - I am banded!!!  hehehehe  Can you believe it?  I miss you, and I hope you are getting better as well! And I hope Dave is being a good boy and taking care of himself as well!   Lots of love!!!

Jan - you are getting  so skinny!!!  Wow!  Keep working it girl! and same with Linda.  I hope everything is getting better with your daughter.  I can Totally relate!  Just don't ever give up, things will get better, I promise!

I have truely missed all of you....  My brain is on drugs!  Sorry!!!  lol  You are in my heart though ok???  I hope all is well with you all and may you have many blessings!!!

Happy Saturday janine and Cali!

I have no idea where the time goes anymore. I've been able to read the boards everyday but by the time I get everything read, there's no time to post and I'm off and running. Work has been been fairly busy for me which is good. Sammi absolutely LOVES school this year. She has 2 little best friends in her class and they are all sooo cute. I also got a crazy hairbrained idea and am taking psych 101 online through a local community college. It's a fast track course that starts Monday. I'm excited and nervous  and hope I haven't gotten in over my head.

Good afternoon Janine & Cali. Thanx for the great shout out this morning. I'm supposed to start my training on Oct. 27th. I am so excited to be working again. Nothing much planned for today. Went to the support meeting. It was small, but nice. Went grocery shopping on the way home. Now waiting for my MIL and son to get here so DH can fix son's computer. Jason leaves for Missouri (Misery...literally!) on tuesday. I told him that I will not buy him another plane.train ticket if things don't work out with the girfriend this time. So, we'll see what happens. I hope everyone has a great day! =)

Good afternoon Neen and Cali crew!!!  Sorry I have been absent from the daily post this week, but most of you know how crazy this week has been trying to finish the requirements to get this job!!  I have been reading up though!
I'm so very excited for Jeni to finally be on the LOSER's bench with us.
Excited that Kim is joining us on Monday!!!
So glad that Monica is home with her sweet baby, but agree with everyone else about not lifting Jordan or I will help kick butt!!! Hernias suck, so don't chance it!!!!

I have orientation on Monday and Tuesday from 8:30-4:30 and on Tuesday I find out my schedule. I have no idea what kind of hours I'll be working, but I'm working ~ woo hoo!!! I have to admit I am a bit nervous. It has been over 2 years since I worked and that was preop WLS and pre strokes. Will, I still know how to function away from my computer and my OH buddies?? lmao   I'm expecting SERIOUS withdrawals!!! lol 

Seriously, I pray the dizziness issues and the short term memory issues, don't cause problems for me! I'm very excited about this position and think I will LOVE it!!!  Getting use to the scheduling and eating when having a job is going to be new to me, so if anyone has ideas or suggestions, PLEASE give them to me!!
Hope everyone has a GREAT weekend! Not much planned for me, going to see "Secret Life of Bees" tonight (looks like it is going to be great) and church tomorrow!

Good afternoon California...Thank you for the shout out, Janine, and thank you to all who have me in their prayers, I surely do need them.  Today is getting a bit more difficult for me, I overdid some housework yesterday and my legs have gone numb from lifting.  I am one of those sorts who does it ALL or does nothing at all..lol  I cannot wait around until someone in my home has the "time" to help me...if it has to be done, and I want it done..I will do it myself.  My bed needed risers put under the "feet" so I just put them there myself...WITH the mattress still in place...big mistake I think.  I took some Tylenol, I am hoping it decreases any inflamation in my lower back. (degenerative bone disease)  My house is never in order and ofcourse now...less than 2 days before WLS day, I am going thru my house like a banshee trying to tie up loose ends.  I've asked my daughters for help...but...oh well..you know the story.  I need to post this on Gripe day..lol

Oh, Janine in answer to your question. The weather up here is weird. We were getting some very chilly nights, now it is cloudy today but I doubt if we are going to get any rain. But it is warm up here in the afternoons 77 right now with the clouds. But yesterday was in the middle 80's good riddin' weather!!

Well, I am working on the garden for awhile today and I have already start the mix for canning Chow-Chow. And I will finish that tomorrow. Yummy!  Then I am going to try to figure out what else I can do with green tomamtoes.LOL they are running out our ears. The plants are being pulled up today they got frost bite really bad a few days ago. And there's a lot of fruit still on the vines, and I hate to see them end up as chicken feed. Althought the hens love tomatoes, I rather we humans get the better part of them.

Janine thank you for the shoot out!  We completed 5 miles today and it has been a LONG day.  We are just getting home for the day and I have been going since 6 am this morning.  Hope everyone had a great day!
