Here's mine for today!
B: 1 cup Kashi Cereal
S: Handful of trail mix
L: Leftover Chicken with mango salsa (2 oz)
S: 2 string cheese's
D: Ceasar Chicken, with Veggies of some sort
Water: 5 cups so far
Vitamins: Multi, and Calcium so far
Exercise: Bike ride tonight

B: Slim fast (Cappuchino) with water chaser
S: Camomile tea
L: Slim fast (Milk Chocolate) with wter chaser
S: Starbucks Ice tea with sweetener (yum)
D: Slim fast (huh, can't decide which one)
S: SF Jello
Oh and as a bonus, I get to drink my magnesium citrate at 4pm yee haw!
Water: 5 cups, does my ice tea count? If so, then it's more
Vitamins: You bet!
Exercise: Walking doing last minute shopping.
Nothing after midnight

LNS: 4 crackers with Peanut butter
B: 2 egg mock muffins..with chicken, cheese, mushrooms and aspagus in them...
S: cottege cheese with apricots
L: lental soup
S: carrots
S#2- 3 andes mints
D: left over post roast and carrots.
W: 65 oz

I am battling a holiday 4 pound increase...ofcourse it showed up AFTER the holidays..not during them..lol My scale let me slide until the 2nd of January...then, BAM...lol

s-1 slice 12 grain bread w/ peanut butter
