OK lets see here...its been another of those "not perfect" days for me...this week seems to have gone that way! Oh well!

LND: Chicken and alfredo sauce (chris poured it over potato pierogis, I was too lazy to make anything else)
LNS: Nada

B: Grits again
S: A lowfat cheese stick from TJs
L: Left over green chile chicken enchiladas
S: I have an apple and some veggie chips, one of those...maybe both...lol
D: No clue, I think were going to grab something in the city when we go up to Barb?

Water: umm yeah...two huge cups of coffee and a diet coke...yeah
Vitamins: half way done
Exersize: Dont know about today, may not have time tonight and slept in this morning!

This weekend is gonna be a new beginning for me for sure, ever since we moved we've been slacking on eating well, gotta get to the store, get some good healthy stuff into the house and get back on track!!!

Okay, food food food ... I really don't like food lately, but here's what I have put into the pouch so far and what I plan to put into the pouch

B - Trader Joe's Greek Style strawberry yogurt
L - 1/2 turkey burger patty with a little lettuce, some pickles and pepper jack cheese
S - skim milk and a string cheese
D - I'm thinking 2 chicken meatballs and 1/4 cup salad with goddess dressing (I'm going to treat my kids to a pizza though)
S - 1/2 cup wow cow toffee nut frozen yogurt

Water:  Meetings all morning, so 1 cup so far, but I'll make up for it
Vitamins: Working on them now
Exercise: I have a sick kid, so I've skipped two days at the gym I'm going to be hurting tomorrow

Ms Shell..this thread makes my day!  Helps me remember we are all human and in the same boat!...and we can and do have "not so good" days.  My family watches me like a hawk and it is getting tiring letting them know this is not an overnight fix...but a daily and forever walk/journey. 
Here is my day so far...
B-scrambled eggbeater w/ mushrooms and cottage cheese
L-cup of bean and ham soup
D-whitefish stuffed with crab (Trader Joe's) and stirfry veggies
 no snacks so far..I ran my meals too close together

W-again..not enough..working at it..only 32 oz so far
V-going strong
E-started Tai Chi today!!  (community center in Fontana-FREE!)I love it..start Yoga on Monday thru Kaiser Thrive program

Today was a GOOD day!

B:  Yoplait yogurt mixed with some protein powder
s:  cashews
L:  Tamale pie
S:  Pears
D:  Chicken cordon bleu (I made it), steamed broccoli and carrots.

Water:  70 ozs
Vitamins:  All In
Exercise:  6 miles on the Bike on the Highway to Nowhere, a whole bunch of weights and I ignored the dogs wanting a walk.

Everything stayed down, no nausea and whooohoooo it was all yummy.
