Just 2 days and counting until I am drinking and partying for MY birthday this weekend. You guys have my personality for today and tomorrow and I won't be bac****il Tuesday =)
B: 1/2 cup grapes
S: 1/4 cup egg beaters; 1/2 oz cheese; 2 pieces bison bacon; salsa
L: Asian meatballs in peanut sauce; mock baked potatoes
S: Salad
D: popeyes chicken
Water: 12 cups so far
Vitamins: Multi; 1200mg Calcium Citrate w/D; 1000mcg B-12
Exercise: 1 mile walk on lunch; Yoga class tonight

S: 1 slice of whole wheat bread, plain

Water: 5 16.9oz bottles of water so far...will get at least 3 more in before bed.
