What do you think of the Bariatric Advantage high A D E K multi chewables
I think that they are not actually "high" at all and have insufficient amounts of vitamins in them.
I'd not waste my time or money and I'd get the dry capsules from vitalady. The A, D & K are actually very tiny and super easy to swallow. The E is a smidge bigger, but not really "big." I had no issues taking any of them post-op.

I don't have to wait til 1st labs to swallow pills, I was just saying I'd take them til then. I have been having some slow going with food and liquids, it feels like it gets stuck right at the bra line, and have been afraid of trying to swallow pills. It's getting better over time and I may try swallowing some smaller pills to try it out.
Yes, if they are capsules and you want to open them and sprinkle them in a spoonful of yogurt or whatever, you can do that too. The calcium will be a little chalky but they should dissolve with a little stirring. They can also be cut in half but I think that just makes them even harder to swallow because it gives them jagged edges. The Citracal petites are not hard to swallow. I never had any issues swallowing pills but you can try different ways of taking them as long as you get them down.
