Well my BMI is now 20!! Holly (r@p!!! My life is kinda weird tho.. I had it a little while ago with people yelling why they used so much heating oil in their home.. Um yea its my fault it was 21% colder this year and I jacked the oil prices up... Yea  Sooo I quit my job, not to mention a nasty trip to the ER with chest pains that turned out work related stress, I opened up my own landscaping company, full time, which is somthing I had going part time for a while but was unable due to my weight (also went back to working on the Medic unit one day a week). With being outside and working my weight loss ha**** a total of 198 lbs I was on the scale this am @ 158 lbs.!!!!!!!!!! I dont think Ive been that since like the third grade. Im due labs but last set was good, I eat like a horse, I dont eat much example a chicken salad on an english muffin will aout fill me up, just I eat that much every two or so hours. I can jog about 1/2 mile then I get bored I was never into that. Clothes are 32 waist with lot "o" room on some cuts, med shirt has plenty of room in them. I would have this surgery every year if I had to! I pay it foward every chance I get. Wife ha**** a wall but she looks great and she told me tonight she doesnt think I should shed anymore... I am NOT trying to. I will try to get some pics this weekend.

Sean, sounds like you are still in that weight loss window!  Your body won't stop until it's ready!  I am like your wife, in that I still have 25 pounds to go, and it is coming off very slowly...  I envy you!   Maybe you need to ask Dr. B about Creon?  The enzyme that will help you absorb more food???

Hey Sean .... wow that is low!   I sure hope you are not "dieting" at all.   Eating whatever carbs your body can tolorate etc.      Are you working out to maintain / build muscle mass?

I second you may want to look into Creon.

Tom
