Vitamin D3
Hello All;
Quick question. Looking for a good, high dosage vitamin D where I won't have to order online or travel an hour away to get it. I found this online at GNC, hoping it's in their stores too. It doesn't specify "Dry" D, so without that, how can I tell if it will still be okay? I mean, what's the difference between the "dry" and other? Is there particular ingredients I want to avoid? Trying to see if this is still an option even though it doesn't say "dry."
Other Ingredients: Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Silica, Cellulose Gum, Magnesium Stearate, Methylcellulose, Maltodextrin (glucose polymers (Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose, Maltodextrin, Potassium, Silica, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Gum Blend, Borage Seed Oil Powder, Flaxseed Powder, Fructose Anhydrous)), Glycerin
No Yeast, Wheat, Egg, Soy, Glutens, Artificial Colors or Flavors, Added Sugar or Preservatives

It would probably work if you took 10 a day of them. It does say 10k units, right? You need 100k units if you are trying to bring your D up.
I take 100k a day without fail and my D is still only in the 50s. You want your D above 100.
So just get VitaLady dry D in 50k capsules and take them twice a day. That would be cheaper.
