Okay, if I'm reading this right, it means that I am getting 200mg of Magnesium Citrate in one capsule right?  Does the "as" change that?

That would be correct. Another way to check is to look at the recommended daily value. I looked up the RDV and it is 400 mg... for men. I didn't know that there was a different RDV between men and women.Not that it makes a lot of difference. But interesting.
