I do hope you get it.  It is worth the $25k.  You are worth it!  Weigh your options then go for it - don't wait for years and years.  Also keep us all updated, we would all love to hear how things are going.

CAN you fund this with whole life insurance loans? they dont have to be paid back if time get rough, and wont leave a debt behind. also wont burden you down to the point of neglect for after care you will need to maintain your health.  remeber the DS requires medical expense monthly and annually for life that insurance will not cover  if you self pay, or dont have it.

on your two homes,  think loan modification, sell one?
