CARB DETOX
Thanks :) I didn't think I broke my stomach or that in general I was doing things wrong (although yes I DO need more intake overall) I was just mainly thinking no matter how far out we were if we indulged in too many carbs we could all gain...
I have seen small ups like 2-3 lbs and then those go away within 3-7 days followed by rapid loss... but I have never seen 6-7# up like this followed by such a long/slow back down, my stalls have been predictible cycles, and my 2-3 lbs up usually goes up a week or 2 before my period not right after lol... I just started a more strict vitamin regimen as I was NOT paying attention to any of that, and taking in more water this week, and 2 protein shakes has helped me get in more than I was getting all along... So I am going to work on adding snacks in too... I need to be creative too and switch out of my overdose of jerky mode... lol
