It is so hard to stay Hydrated!!!!
  here it is unseasonalby hot too, I use sea salt to add to my drinks, I have added it to coffee, tea and koolaid...(effectively makes  everything I drink  like a gatorade) to give me the boost of paotassium and magnesium that I loose when sweating...and it has worked I no longer have any muscel cramps.
