I'm glad to see you are drinking protein chai tea. Those are an awesome answer for folks who don't like protein coffee. What are your cheese and egg bites? They sound interesting. Good job.

hey everyone.

double protein coffee

8 slices of turkey bacon

4 ham/swiss cheese roll ups

hard boiled egg

1/2 chocolate donut

double protein coffee

2 hot dogs shoved into 1 whole wheat bun w/mustard (only ate 1/2 the bun)

green beans

few oven fries

double protein coffee

2 caramels

vites:  all in included new calcium (yay!!)

fluilds:  80+ oz

S - protein shake 23g

L - 2 turkey cream cheese wraps

S - protein chocolate pudding (not so Whoopi)

D - Turkey chili two bites (didn't like chili second time around)

S - protein shake 15g

Need to get in more protein

Didn't exercise today

Vites complete

Nice day today. Lost another 1/2 lb.

Bites:
3 hard fried eggs dipped in mayo
chia seeds in OJ
3 cheddar cheese sticks
2 fat sausages
fried whole milk cheese
tuna salad on toasted Mr. Hemp Cheddar bread
8 meatballs covered with  spaghetti sauce with melted provolone cheese on top
small chef salad with turkey, cheese, toasted hemp seeds
last 2 pcs brok's pizza
Choc candy bar w almonds

Vites: yes
Cites: hooped about 10 minutes
