Hey do you know why they charge an outside fee of $3000/$4000?

Dr. K charges a "program fee" because the reimbursement from insurers is so crappy that he couldn't sustain a DS practice without it. The good news is that he's one of the best DS surgeons in the country and does a lot of revisions, so you would be in good hands.
