Julia, WOW, You have really done GREAT! Myself like you am really happy to have been given a 2nd chance in life. My life has changed so much and I'm so busy with SUPPORT GROUPS and giving talks on the GOOD and BAD about WLS. I have been asked that BIG QUESTION would I do it all over again. But the good thing is I'm not going to do anything that would cause me to have any type of re-vision ???. I hope! But you have done really wonderful! Hug's Jeannie

I FOUND THIS AND I HOPE THAT THIS INFORMATION WILL HELP YOU.

We all know the deal , we know what to do , we know how to eat, excercise take our multivitamins ,iron , calcium and enjoy the success that we have worked so hard in achiving. We also know that we need the support of those that have traveled down the road beofre us. Sometimes, we make some mistakes, sometimes we gain back some of the weight that we worked so hard to loose. Time to get back on the path and enjoy the journey !

Call your Doctor and see if you can take some kind of laxtive. I had the same problem and I was able to take something to help. He or She might even let you start taking fiber-con. Hug's Jeannie

Yes Phyllis, That is the reason that I'm posting it here first to see how many would like the idea. Then if I have a good response here I will post all the other information. I know that I have a few other members in my group now that would love to come. I'm also looking into having someone come and talk about how important it really is to maintain our HEALTH. I do wish you were CLOSER too. But I really hope to be seeing you again soon at the CONFERENCE this year. Hug's Jeannie

Hello Gang! My name is Jeannie Armstrong and I'm forming another SUPPORT GROUP in the HENRY COUNTY area. This group will be one structured on EXCERISE and FITNESS. I'm forming this group because there are so many of us that are not getting all the EXCERISE that we need to maintain our weight loss. LOCATION : DEER CREEK MOBILE HOME PARK IN THE CLUB HOUSE TIME : 7:00PM to 8:00 PM on THURSDAY NIGHTS once a Month We will also be talking about other things that we might all want to share too. Hello Judy, Are you taking all of the vitamins that the Doctor says that you have to take, and are you really trying to get all of your protien in everyday. Remember that we now have to have 80+ grams of protien a day. I know that sometime it is really hard to get it all in but trust me it really helps. If it does not slow down soon I would talk to a Dirm. and see what they say about it. Keep me posted and I hope that it gets better really soon. Hug's Jeannie

Hello Judy, I'm sorry about your hair But I never lost any of mine. You might want to try taking some ZINC and some kind of vitamins for your hair. This might help! I have many others in my support group that ask this question and I have been told that it will slow down and you will start seeing regrowth. So just hang in.
