Topic: Where did my butt go?
I was prepared to lose my breasts but where did my butt go? The breasts are still here, shrunk one cup size but my butt seems to have disappeared. My weight loss has been primarily in the lower half of my body and is most noticable in my butt. I have been walking and stair climbing like crazy to try and retain some butt however it looks like a lost cause.
Anyone else out there had this experience and any suggestions to bring back my butt?

I'm having lapband. I have waivered a bit between lapband and gastric bypass.... but decided on lapband.

I am so happy for you, Nicole!! It's such an exhilarating feeling when you finally get "the date." The reality of it all starts setting in.

Hi all....
Surgery has been scheduled for 8:30am on January 21st!!!! I am so excited! I'm flying to Oahu on the 15th for my preop appointments. Then will fly over again on the 20th with a good friend who will stay with me there until I can fly home to Kona.
My hubby will stay in Kona and watch the boys. I'm good with that because I know my girlfriend will be a great support for me and I think my husband will make me nervous. I love him so much, but he can't handle when I'm not 100%
Anyway... looks like I'll be starting my preop diet soon. Have already given up caffeine (coffee and diet coke), and will be giving up fresca this week. Also will be putting the wii fit to use -- time to take down the christmas tree and make room for the wii fit !!

Happy New Years to everyone! Your words were encouraging to me, as I seem to be in the dreaded 3-week stall. I have lost 15.5 pounds since surgery on Dec. 9th, and I'm really beating myself up because I have only lost .5 pounds all week.....but reading through others experience, I know my body has to catch up and if I'm doing all the right things, the scale will start to move again soon......
