HIgurl is right, Dr. Fowler is really nice. as for hmsa paying for your flights, every single one of my flights are paid for by hmsa. next month i will be going to oahu 3 times. twice in one week! and it's paid by hmsa. all i do is have Darrah, in the weight loss clinic, send a travel referral to hmsa for the date of my appointment. once i receive confirmation from her that she did it, i wait a couple of days and call hmsa to see if they received it. normally by then they have, and they let you know if it's been approved or not. once its approved, you just tell them around what times you want your flights to be, and they'll send that info over to their travel coordinator. normally they will ask for an email address so they can send you the travel itinerary. good luck!
