Topic: RE: Any suggestions for protein shakes?
I love the Nectar protein shakes. My fav is the Fuzzy Navel and Strawberry Kiwi. I find them at the Vitamin Shoppe. There is a Vitamin Shoppe in Kaneohe across from Windward Mall. I don't know where any others are.

Topic: Please help- Know where I can find Nectar?
Hi guys, I need your help. Am postop 2 weeks and having a hard time getting things down. I am so full ALL of the time. My nut. suggests that I try Nectar but I have no idea where to get it. Do any of you know? I thought she said it's at Vitamin Town but I don't see any listing for that place. Also, do you know if any of the stores sell unjury or do I need to get that online? Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Mahalo!
Topic: Any suggestions for protein shakes?
One thing I have been trying to figure out is where to buy the high protein drinks.
In stores or at Costco I see protein drinks of 15grams, but I know once I have surgery in December I will need protein higher than that and I'm trying to figure out how to get up to 70 grams a day (on a teeny-tiny sleee) does anyone have any suggestions for both powder and liquids?

According to the calendar it's from 6-8. Usually the first hour is for the new people learning about WLS and the second hour is for everyone.

Thanks Asia. I am looking forward to taking my journey with all of you. It's important to me because I believe that we all can understand and relate to each other being that we are either local or kama'aina. I think people in Hawaii are different from the mainland in that we REALLY get into socializing with food and giving with food. So much revolves around food. Also our food tastes are a little different so our culinary challenges are different. Anyway, thanks for the welcome!
