Hello:

I too have an appt with Dr Fowler on Oct 30th. Just wondering....how do you get your approval before you meet with Dr Fowler? I thought you got approval after you met with him? Just making sure I'm not missing anything.

Topic: HMSA has booked my flight!! Hooray!

Thank God for HMSA! They have booked my flight to Oahu on October 22 with Dr. Fowlers bariatric team! This will be my second visit with them but it will be all day because i am seeing the whole bariatric team. I will be tired but thats ok. I am just happy to finally be moving along and hopefully after this appts, I can be shceduled for surgery!!! Mahalo ke Akua!!

I wanted to stop and say hi, my name is Missy and we are pcsing to Hickam AFB in November. I'm 13 months post op and have lost all of my weight. I was wondering if any of you that might be military spouses have any information on plastics at Tripler. I'm too close to pcsing from here to even begin looking in to it now, and living in Hawaii for 4 yrs I'm sure a swimsuit will be my normal everyday wear. :-) Thanks in advance for any info you have.

I'm glad to hear that someone already got their confirmation of insurance approval.... I'm hoping now that I'll get my approval next week.
