You so funny!!! "nice boob job...cause I like ack"........I try to remember what my chest was like back was I was 18. I remember always having sagging girls. But they just dropped below the knees now that I breastfed 3 babies and lost a ton of weight. They're like tennis balls in tube socks.............LOL

I watched You Tube a few times for:.....How to Puppy Train, How to Apply Makeup and another fun one was How to Pole Dance, LOL...........Hey, i'm on You Tube..........If you type in 101 Financial, then scroll down, I am Testimonial #15.

Have a good weekend!

Hi Hawai'i peeps...

Do you guys watch the You Tube WLS videos? What about the VLOGS (Video Blogs)? I am so addicted to it!!

My favorite Vlogger is "Elena" who had the lap band procedure. She is really good about explaining things. She videoed herself getting a lap band fill... It was bananas! Even showed us what's in her fridge.

I saw some other wls procedures as well, pretty cool!

I also watch PS stuff too... I don't know if I'll need PS, but, I can imagine that maybe I'll need a nice boob job... cause I like ack .... and after we have some kids, my tata's would need some attention (all in vain, lol).

The only draw back is watching the whiners and *****ing.... Some people are irking!

If you haven't checked You Tube for info about WLS... check it out!

Hi!!

My PCP is Dr. Mason from Queens. I must warn you though, she is a tough cookie. She will make you work at it. I mean I've been seeing her for many years now and she has documentation of my weightloss attempts, co-morbidities, etc.
So if you have history from you previous PCP, she will probably be able to work something out for you.

I was super excited, because she usually lectures me and asks me to try the mind over matter methods. So when she said she will support me, 100%... I was so elated!

She still lectured me about patients she knew that lost all the weight and then ballooned back up to 400 pounds. She's careful about her words and doesn't insult you.

Good luck!

Hello, I'm wondering if you would mind sharing who your PCP is?  I'm new to Hawaii and am thinking of having the surgery but don't have a PCP yet.  Thanks Debbie

My goal is to have a baby as well.  I am looking forward to that most of all.  Good luck with your process!!  It is the best decision I made for myself.

My disappointment with UHA was that they would only cover doctors in their network. It took away my choice of doctor and procedure. I wanted VSG and I wanted Dr. Cirangle. I also wanted a facility that was a Center of Excellence. Thus, I became a self-pay.

I had a nice chat with our rep today and she suggested I write a letter to them since there are new reports out and present my case once more. They have been known to do rebates. I highly doubt it because I went out of state to California for the surgery, but who knows. If I explain how much money I have saved them already and how much more my projected meds and ailments could have cost them, they might find it in their heart to at least listen and maybe someday they will help someone else. Who knows?!

Mahalo, mahalo Gigi!!

I go to my first consultation with Dr. Lapschies in October! So hopefully before the end of the year, I'll have surgery.

My ultimate goal is to be healthy enough to conceive our first child... So I guess we'll try a year after surgery as reccommended by Dr.'s.

united Health Alliance.  It is the other major insurance here in Hawaii,  It is pretty good and it covered 100% of my surgery.  I just paid the program fee and my co pays for the doctor visits which is only $12.  It is pretty good.
