ZUMBA!!!

Hello to allof my Indiana peeps!

Just thought I would share with you all that I am now a Certified Zumba instructor!  I am teaching a class on the south side of Indy each Saturday from 12:30-1:30 at the Concord Neighborhood Center located at 1310 S. Meridian Street (near the corner of Morris and Meridian).  The cost is only $5.  So, if you wanna get a good-hip-rolling-booty-shaking-calorie-buring workout in AND have a BLAST doing it...come join me!

Autumn are you still teaching zumba? I was diagnosed last year with lupus and firbromyalgia. Would it benefit me to do zumba? Would it be safe for me to try it?

This is awesome!  Congratulations on certifying - I have been wanting to do this as well, the registrations keep filling up before I can get in!  I am starting yoga teacher training in September though, and I am very excited about it!  Hope I can make one of your classes sometime!
