Hutch Area WLS group meeting

Hey All...just wanted to invite everyone to the August meeting...as always it is at the HUTCHINSON HOSPITAL, 1st FLOOR(basement), Room C. We ususally start about 6:30 and go 'til 8:30ish. This month I will be giving an EXERCISE demo useing Vita-Bands, chair exercises and basic moves everyone can do!!! I will have books and vitabands for sale that evening for anyone interested in purchasing them so you can do your own workout at home. HOPE TO SEE YA!!!
