Hey Teresa, I did 30 minutes on the stairmaster at a higher intensity, and then took my dog, met up with a friend and walked around Greenlake (3 miles)! Kathy is right, it was a STUNNING day here in the great Northwest ~Jenn

Jenn, Great job on the stairmaster! The walk sounds glorious! Here in sunny Arizona it is SUNNY! Supposed to be 107 today. One more month and we'll have our nice winter weather. At least it's cooling off at night. My morning walk with my son this AM was really beautiful. Teresa
