I hope you are having a good Monday! Let's hear what's on your plate today.
It was a boring day for me today. I had a doctor's appointment this afternoon so no gym for me today. My surgeon told me to go ahead and get an adjustment so I will probably do that next week. He does not do the fills himself, it is done by a radiology doctor/tech. I just have to get to that darned milestone goal of mine soon or I am going to go nutz!

Oh Kiera!!! How long have you had that gorgeous picture of yourself up?
I have had a great day. My 3 week challenge awhile back really opened up my eyes to my habits and my weaknesses. It has helped me to keep pounds gained to a minimum while I waited to have my fill. Now that I had my fill, all 3 pounds I gained are gone, plus 1!!! I am a happy bandster let me tell you.

I have been wondering how you are doing. It's great to see you dropping those pounds that were bugging you. Will we be seeing more of you now?
I just saw my surgeon today and am going to get a fill, probably next week. I decided that while I am happy with the amount I can eat now I feel like I could use just a tiny bit of extra restriction. I really can eat too much in a sitting if I set my mind to it. These pounds are just not coming off as easily as they did the first time. But I think a lot of it is that I have been working out and building up some serious muscle (the top of my stomach is hard - under the padding lol). But I want to see that scale dropping numbers!
I finally broke down and did before and during pictures because I felt that I needed the boost of seeing how far I've come. I had my hubby take pictures of me last weekend. He did a pretty good job.
