suddenly very tight for two days now

Hello All, I had my last fill on 2-1-07 and all of a sudden for the past two days I am REALLY tight!!! I know sometimes it takes a few weeks for our fills to kick in but it's been well over a month?!?!? Have any of you experienced this? What could be the cause?  Thanks in advance for your suggestions. Sudden tightness can be caused by the following, and this is NOT a complete list: 1. Delayed-action fills. I have heard of 4 weeks. 2. Menstrual cycle. 3. Emotions. 4. Dehydration. 5. A minor band slip. (Note, this is very rare, and only a doctor can diagnose this with a barium swallow.)

also illness ie cold, virus or something that may swell your insides up and eating wrong/not chewing enough
