My doc's appt today! here's what he said..

Basically I have hit the end of my journey.. He said I looked great the way I look and that I only needed to maintain.. So basically I was at goal.. me? At goal? WOW! I never thought I would hear those words..Who me? Me? That's what he said.. He went over my checklist: No more meds.. No more sleep apnea, No more arthritic knees No more high blood pressure No more high cholestrol He said that's it.. I was done.. He said Christine, you have lost 66 % of fat and not too many people do that in that amount of time.. He said, see you in 6 months for a checkup... And then he dismissed me.. Yay!! Now he said to either maintain, or to juggle around a 10 pound margin..Either way he was happy the way I look now.. Yay! Just wanted to share my victory with all my lap band friends!
