I think I saw here, some recipes using Laughing Cow LF cheese. It was a long time ago so I am not sure. If anyone has any great recipes using it, could you please share? I would be ever so happy. Thanks so much.

did you try posting on the recipe forum? There are really great recipes and someone probably will answer there if you don't get your answer here. Dotti

I like to take a wedge and just spread it on 6 whole wheat Ritz crackers. A great quick snack for about 100 calories  Just remember to chew, chew.  Eat it slowly and savor every bite... . Deinse

I break up a french onion l.c. into 1/2 cup eggbeaters and crumble up a veggie-sausage patty then microwave together.  It's a good alternative to a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel, lol.

love this recipe,,,yumm! Crockpot Chicken Stew (based on the "Angel Chicken" recipe) 1 pound of boneless chicken breasts 1 pound of boneless chicken thighs 1/2 package of Ranch Dressing Powder (you could use Italian dressing or just some Mrs. Dash) 6 wedges of Laughing Cow Light cheese (any flavor, or you could use cream cheese) 2 tablespoons of butter or butter substitute 1 can of cream of chicken soup (i use healthy choice) 1/4 cup of vermouth or white wine Place all ingredients except chicken in crockpot, and stir well to combine. Add chicken, and stir well. Cover, and cook on low for eight hours. Usually, I shred the chicken and serve it over noodles or rice for the boyfriend and with some broccoli or peas for me. This makes a LOT, but it's better the next day. You could also use just thighs or just breasts, but I like the combination of white and dark meat.
