Calorie Calculator for Home Cooking?

Hi, Everyone!

Do any of you know if there is a website out there that will calculate the nutritional information for a home-cooked meal, if you enter the ingredients?  (Sort of like a recipe-builder function?)

I seem to recall that the Weigh****chers website had something similar, but I think it only calculated point values, and it's not a free site.

Thanks for your help!

I know you can on dailyplate.com and also look at calorie-counter.com.  There are several.  You could check out fitday.com too.  Hope that helps.

Mandy,

I use the recipe calculator at www.sparkpeople.com.

How are you feeling Mandy?  I was thinking about you today wondering how you were doing back at work today?

Yes, I'm back at work today (unfortunately!)  I'm doing pretty well, except for a nagging pain in my side, which I'm assuming is port pain.  Other than that, no complaints! Thanks for asking!

There is also calorie-count.com that I had bookmarked. Haven't tried it myself so don't know how good it is.
