How do u figure out calories for ONE Kiss?

Chocolate Kiss, that is!!

If I eat just one out of recommended serving size of 9 pieces for 150 calories? Do I divide that? I calucated that and it comes out to 17 calories for one kiss. Is that correct?

246 in Dec 2008 before banded 1/28/09 at 215 lbs, band crapped 9/09 at 170 lbs and struggled with it and regained to 203 revised to bypass on 8/1/11 and am very happy.

exactally....divide the servings. 17 cals dont seem to be that much but then again Im scared that one would lead to the whole bag lol.

lapband in 2008 at 298lbs , lowest weight was 183lbs , Band almost killed me and removed in 2011. No revison because to much damage for revision.

Thats correct, 17 little calories! I like to put my kisses in the freezer and then just suck on them, makes them last a little longer!

You know what? I wouldn't even worry about ONE KISS. If you can only eat one, GOOD FOR YOU! It isn't ONE KISS that got us this chubby :)
