I am on the start of Day 2 of the PB diet. LOVING IT!!! 

totaling 3 oz:
Egg white omelet 1oz
with left over curry chicken( cut into micro pieces) 1/2 oz
1/2 oz sharp cheddar
1oz of turkey spam...(yep I tried it and it was pretty good!!) 

now I am enjoying a bottle of water with crystal light (generic walmart brand strawberry)

Lunch: Small Wawa's chef salad with lite olive oil vinagrette
